02 / Eleven portraits
The second group follows poets, computer scientists, researchers and community figures connected to the Cardano ecosystem. Each portrait retains the named connection that informed it.
Ada Love / Series 2
Alex Chepurnoy presented work on smart contracts in Cardano’s extended UTXO model at a Cardano summit. His portrait brings a working blockchain researcher into a series otherwise full of names borrowed from history.[11]
Ada Love / Series 2
The Alonzo ledger era brought smart contracts to Cardano. Its name honors the mathematician Alonzo Church, whose lambda calculus connects directly to the ideas behind Plutus Core.[1]
Ada Love / Series 2
Ben Goertzel founded SingularityNET, which announced a collaboration with Cardano in the collection’s early period. His portrait records a connection between the network and decentralized AI research.[5]
Ada Love / Series 2
Duncan Coutts was Input Output’s head of engineering at Cardano’s launch. He described the work of translating cryptography research into formal specifications and then into software.[4]
Ada Love / Series 2
Goguen is the development phase associated with native assets and smart-contract support. Unlike the other phase names drawn from poets, it honors computer scientist Joseph Goguen.[1]
